Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. During high order volumes, holidays, or unexpected circumstances, processing may take longer.

Delivery Time
Orders within India are generally delivered within 2–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location and pincode. Some remote locations or India Post shipments may take longer.

Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India to serviceable pincodes.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before the order is placed.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is currently available at no additional charge for eligible serviceable pincodes. COD availability may vary depending on the customer’s pincode.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Delivery Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect/incomplete addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address, phone number and pincode are correct when placing your order. Additional shipping charges or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available across India where supported. However, some pincodes may not be serviceable for COD. COD availability will be confirmed based on the delivery address at checkout.
