Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Estimated Shipping Time

We ship our products across India through reliable courier partners (e.g., Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, Shiprocket).

Estimated Delivery Time: 5 to 9 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier delays, or unforeseen weather conditions.

3. Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders: We offer FREE Shipping on all prepaid orders placed via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, or Net Banking.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: A non-refundable COD Handling Fee of 49₹ free is applied at checkout to cover extra logistical costs.

COD Order Verification: All COD orders are subject to OTP or phone verification prior to dispatch. Unverified or incomplete orders will be automatically cancelled.

Shipping Fees Non-Refundable: Shipping fees and COD handling charges (if applicable) are non-refundable in the event of an order return or cancellation after dispatch.

4. Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email/SMS notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

5. Wrong Address / Undelivered Packages

Please ensure your shipping address, pincode, and contact number are entered correctly during checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping charges.
